Conveyancing Practioner

You would be responsible for handling a varied caseload of conveyancing transactions,including:

»   Sales

»  Purchases

»  Transfer of equity

»   Re-mortgage.

You should be familiar with Stamp Duty Land Tax Rules and be able to advise competently with regards the same.
